Who I Am

We are two childhood best friends who are passionate about creating spectacular parties to fit any budget. Our passion started when it was time to plan our own 21st birthday parties; we were complimented by all the guest on how spectacular the events were decorated. Both Racquel & Saffron are 22-year-old university students, Racquel is studying Accounting, and Saffron is studying Psychology.  Being students in our current world, saving money is everything. That's why at we work with every client's budget to bring them affordable parties!
